A farmer from Sumy Oblast shared his experience of obtaining a record wheat harvest

Agrofirma Kozatska LLC received a record wheat yield in 2022. This is reported on their Facebook page.
As noted, it was possible to achieve record indicators thanks to favorable weather conditions during the growing season and during grain ripening.
"Last year, there were favorable weather conditions during the growing season and during grain ripening. At the enterprise, the optimal technology of grain cultivation was used, and as a result, each variety revealed its yield potential. All wheat in commercial crops of the farm yielded from 8.5 t/ha to 10 t/ha. This is the best indicator in the Sumy region," the post reads.
In 2023, it is also planned to grow and sell wheat.
