In Poland, the conditions under which the transit of Ukrainian grain will be unblocked have been named

The Ministry of Agriculture of Poland said that negotiations on the transit of agricultural products from Ukraine are ongoing. Poland is not against transit, but under certain conditions. This was stated by the head of the Polish Ministry, Robert Telus.
"We are negotiating. A meeting between the parties of Ukraine and Poland also took place today. We are not against transit, but we need a 100% guarantee that products that destabilize our market do not remain in Poland," the minister said.
According to him, companies that imported goods could unload grain in Poland, as EU legislation allows it. However, in Poland, they want to "force companies to take this product to where they declared it."
We will remind you that on Saturday, April 15, the Polish government decided to ban the import of agricultural products originating from or imported from the territory of Ukraine. It is about banning imports even in transit. This resolution entered into force on the day of its publication and will be effective, as noted, until June 30.
Yesterday, April 17, the Minister of Agriculture of Poland, Telus, visited the border post, where he stated that no transport with agricultural products from Ukraine had entered the territory of Poland since the decree came into force.
As reported by the State Customs Service, Polish control authorities return to the territory of Ukraine from the territory of the Republic of Poland vehicles moving goods of groups 1-24 according to the UCT of the ZED (products of animal and vegetable origin, cereals, meal, ready-made food products, fats and oils, etc. ).
