Parliament adopted laws on the fight against "black grain". The scandalous correction about 14% VAT on exports has been replaced

Parliament supported draft laws No. 10168-2/10169-2 in the second reading and in general on the fight against "black grain" and the non-return of currency revenue, People's Deputy from the "Voice" faction Yaroslav Zheleznyak said.

"The corruption edit (new "soy edits") by Shurma No. 32, against which all business associations came out, was shot down - its popularity is equal to 8 votes. Accepted instead of it the normal correction No. 33. That is, they then supported the normal edition," Zheleznyak noted.

236 and 235 People's Deputies voted "for".

Norm No. 32 provided for the establishment of a 14% VAT rate on the export of all types of agricultural products, except for oil, nuts and honey. The All-Ukrainian Agrarian Council called this amendment discriminatory and violating the principle of equality in the market.

The Ukrainian Grain Association (UZA), the European Business Association (EBA), GAFTA and the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine also opposed these draft laws, stressing that the adoption of these laws could create significant corruption risks in the export of grain or stop it altogether .
