Sunflower sales were reoriented to the domestic market — brokers

The lengthy procedure for obtaining export licenses guides sellers to sell sunflowers on the domestic market. This was reported by Spike Brokers analysts.
As noted by the brokers, the current week sunflower prices with delivery to the plant in Ukraine were in the range of $310-330/t (equivalent without VAT), depending on the oil content and the region of delivery.
Meanwhile, sunflower demand to Bulgaria was at $420-430/t DAP, but liquidity is limited. The supply of processed products (oil, cake and meal) is increasing. Sunflower oil prices are kept within the range of $820-825/t DAP Bulgaria and $840-845/t DAP Greece.
The latest indications of sunflower buyers:
DAP Ukraine (regions) — $310-330/t;
DAP Bulgaria (center) — $420-430/t;
CIF Bulgaria (port) — $415-425/t.
Buyer demand in the main markets for Ukrainian soybeans is somewhat restrained. The price levels decreased by €5-10/t during the last week. In the direction of the western border, the demand is at the level of €380-390/t DAP for GMO, the premium for non-GMO quality is up to €10/t.
In the deep-sea ports of Ukraine, the demand for GMO soybeans is in the range of $450-460/t DAP.
