"As a result of these operations, a large amount of financial and accounting documentation, evidence from the border services, media, business correspondence and more than 1,000 tons of grain, which probably did not correspond to what was declared in the customs declaration, were seized," prosecutor Biernat-Lozanska said.
The spokeswoman of the head of the National Tax Administration Yustyna Pasiechynska reported that more than 800 employees participated in the operation.
In the interests of the investigation, more details about the conducted searches are not being disclosed.
We will remind, according to the Polish prosecutor's office, dozens of companies were connected with fraudulent schemes of importing technical grain from Ukraine to Poland. This is evidenced by the preliminary results of the investigation of the Polish Prosecutor's Office.
